On December 24, 2020, the People’ Government of Jining City presented the title of “Honorary Citizen of Jining City” to Sun Jingyi and five other individuals. Among them was Ms. Nadezhda Razumkova, a Russian expert recommended by our university. This honorary title was established to recognize foreign friends who have contributed significantly to the economic and social development of Jining and to the friendly exchange and cooperation with other countries. Nadezhda is the first foreign teacher in our university to receive this honor.

Nadezhda Lazumkova, a language expert in culture and education, has been selected by Tyumen State University of Russia to teach Russian in College of Foreign Languages of our university since September 2013. Her mother tongue is Russian, and she is highly proficient in French, English, Italian, Polish and Ancient Greek. Her rigorous and standardized teaching style, serious and responsible attitude, and friendly and loving mind have earned her the respect and love of teachers and students. Her outstanding achievements in teaching and research, as well as her contribution to the promotion of friendly exchanges and cooperation between QFNU and Tyumen State university, have been recognized by the higher authorities. For her efforts, she was awarded the cultural and educational “High-end Foreign Expert Project” of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs for two consecutive years in 2014 and 2015, and the “Qilu Friendship Award” of the People’s Government of Shandong Province in 2016. In 2018, she was shortlisted in the list of “The Most Influential Foreign Experts in Shandong Province on the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up”. Nadezhda has also been interviewed and reported by Xinhua News Agency, Newsweek, Guangming Daily and other media for her efforts in promoting the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
