2. Responsible for the selection and employment of foreign teachers, and the teaching and daily management of foreign teachers at QFNU.

3. Responsible for handling relevant certificates and business for foreign teachers.

4. Responsible for coordinating the teaching and other work of foreign teachers at their teaching units.

5. Responsible for foreign-related management and security of foreign teachers.

6. Completing other tasks assigned by the leaders.
